Specifications

Installation Overview

• Foundation:
  Drill 350mm diameter × 800mm deep holes using an auger.
  Insert Y10 rebar (200mm) through front and rear legs before setting in concrete.
• Frame Assembly:
  • Join rafters using rafter joiners (M8x20 bolts)
  • Install gussets for structural reinforcement
  • Attach front and rear legs
• Purlin Installation:
  • Install purlins ensuring straight alignment and level positioning
  • Use purlin joiners on all rafters except outer ones
• Panel Mounting:
  • Fix aluminium mounting plates onto purlins
  • Install bonding plates across one row per panel row
  • Clip and tighten middle & end clamps (8Nm torque)
• Bracing:
  • Install rear braces in X configuration for stability
  • Secure with brace plate and M8 hardware

Important Notes

• Purlins must be installed with the Z-profile facing the rear
• Bonding strips only installed on every second purlin row
• Ensure structure is level and square before concreting
• Maintain proper sun angle spacing (approx. 25° consideration)
